Your access to and use of Comella's Collectibles web site is subject to these Terms of Service, which we may update from time to time. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms for applicable changes. Your use of this site after we post any changes to these terms constitutes your agreement to those changes. We try to be as accurate as possible with the information we present on our web site. We will make reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of the products we sell. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error free. Prices and promotions are subject to change. We cannot confirm the availability or price of an item until you place your order. Despite our best efforts, sometimes an item in our catalog may not be available, the offer may have been misstated, or an item may be mispriced. For any of these reasons, we may cancel your order for a full refund or we may contact you for instructions on the order.

Paying for Your Order

Generally, we’ll charge your payment method when you complete the checkout process. Any coupon codes must be used during the checkout process and are not retroactive without prior written consent from Comella's Collectibles.

Use of Our Website by Children

Placing of orders is permitted if you are of age 18 or older. A parent or guardian may create customer accounts and submit orders for teenagers under the age of 18 in their household.

All content on Comella's Collectibles web site, including art work, graphics, images, screen shots, text, music, digitally downloadable files, trademarks, logos, product and character names, slogans, and the compilation of the foregoing ("Content") is the property of Comella's Collectibles and its licensors and is protected in the U.S. and internationally under trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws. Third party content, including trademarks, trade names, characters, and trademarks and copyrights is the property of the third parties that market or license that content, and is used by Comella's Collectibles subject to license, or subject to the fair use provisions of U.S. trademark law. Users of Comella's Collectibles' web site are expressly forbidden to misuse any Comella's Collectibles content or any third party content that appears on the web site.

You agree not to display or use any Content for any commercial purpose, in any publications, in public performances, in connection with products or services that are not those of Comella's Collectibles', in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, that disparages or discredits Comella's Collectibles and/or its licensors, that dilutes the strength of Comella's Collectibles' or its licensors' property, or that otherwise infringes Comella's Collectibles or its licensors' intellectual property rights.

Comella's Collectibles makes no representations about the reliability of the features of Comella's Collectibles' web site, and disclaims all liability in the event of any service failure. Both you and Comella's Collectibles acknowledge and agree that no partnership is formed and neither of you nor Comella's Collectibles has the power or the authority to obligate or bind the other.

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Missouri.
